Background History

“Students living in poverty will continue to struggle academically
because of a lack of funding to low income communities, low
support from families, and low literacy levels. The widening gap
between the rich and the poor is mirrored in the educational

What is our Mission?

Christ Is The Answer Community Center(CITACC) is a
faith-based nonprofit organization restoring hope and a
smile to youths and families impacted by poverty and
literacy here in The Gambia, West Africa.

What is our Vision?

Christ Is The Answer Community Center(CITACC) and it’s partners
are committed to put this mission into action by providing a wide range
of charitable services such as; Educational, wellness care, spiritual enrichment, human service and  community development activities. These activities will empower individuals and give them the confidence needed to improve their gifts and talents; while building a stronger
community and relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
